Before I find out more about my beautiful personality and unique journey, I would like to introduce myself so you can determine if we are a good match to reach for the stars together.
I’ve been a coach and facilitator for the past few years, especially focused on women's empowerment.
When I was a child I wanted to be a special agent, spy, or superhero. I always wanted to be involved with greatness and grand adventures.
Since starting work in my mid-teens as a nanny, I’ve been a social worker in various roles - mostly in child protection and in family support. I’ve always wanted to help people in need...
to see brokenness mended and scared people be brave again.
I became a mother in 2018 and my whole world changed (obviously!) It was like a new horizon opened for me. I am completely fascinated with pregnancy, birth and becoming a new family.
Now, I am a superhero for my gorgeous daughter, and she inspires me to be the best version of myself, and to help women and their partners be the most capable and gentle parents.
I’ve learned that true hero's live this way - they work on themselves then help the people they love.

What is a Doula?
A Doula is Greek for "woman who serves". I'm non-medical support for pregnant women before, during, and after birth. As a doula, I guide, inform, and empower a woman to advocate what is important to her and her family.

I personally had a wonderful birth to my daughter 2 years ago and I am thrilled when the techniques and mindsets that helped me are just as relevant and powerful for the whom I serve.
I have a background in social work, specializing in Family support work, and most of my experience in Child protection. Over the years I felt led to focus on women and emotional healing. I developed and added to many empowering life coaching courses. in recent years I see the importance of integrated health balance which is exercise, food, sleep, and mindset.
I began my doula journey through the amazing Julie Clake who started me on a lifelong journey of pursuing greater understanding and wisdom for women and wholeness.

Prenatal Support
I will visit you at your home as many times as you need. I enjoy getting into the nitty-gritty of hidden fears and unhelpful emotions and thoughts, picked up either in our childhood, through the media, or from other people. There is so much noise around us - I want to help you channel your God-given instincts to soar through this season. I offer counseling, coaching, and many creative expressions. This is a time of adventure, let me be your guide.
Birthing Support
I offer unwavering support to you and your partner during the most exciting time of birth. I will set the mood with lighting, aromatic oils, and music. I provide wholesome, energy-boosting snacks and drinks to keep you sustained, and heat and cool packs to keep you comfortable. I can massage your back head, neck, and feet. I can help you feel empowered and ready and gently support you with your own affirmations. I will be your guide to help you move through different laboring positions, always having your well-being in mind. I will empower and encourage your partner to be your number one support. I will be an extra pair of hands and a sisterly heart to lean on whenever your strength needs lifting up. I will pray with and for you, and am there to capture the photos and footage of that unforgettable moment when you are united with your baby for the first time.
Postpartum Support
You climbed this mountain. You are glorious. Your baby will never be so little again, please take in every second of it. With birth comes a lot of work to do and things to learn and not everything is easy. You are getting to know this new family member and you are getting to know a whole new version of yourself. You the mother! While your body is healing and your milk is arriving, the house needs tidying, but we will not forget to look after your heart. The most important thing is your emotional and mental wellbeing. You are not alone. In me you will find a non-judgmental, compassionate listener and who'll help you move through this new season with humor, awareness, and wonder.
